This document is also available in Spanish. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version governs.

1. Description of service

Bookiest provides online appointment scheduling software for service businesses. Business owners can manage services, staff, availability, and branding, while their customers book appointments through a public booking page.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bookiest for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to access data that does not belong to you, disrupt the service, or upload malicious files.

4. Subscription and plans

Bookiest is offered on three tiers: Free, Starter ($19/month), and Pro ($49/month). Each tier has its own limits on staff, services, and monthly appointments, described on the Billing page in your admin panel.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in the admin panel, which opens the Stripe customer portal for self-serve management.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your paid plan's features until that date, after which your organization returns to the Free tier. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law. Prices and plan limits may change with prior notice.

5. Cancellation

To cancel a paid subscription, use the Billing tab in the admin panel; your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. To close your account entirely, contact us at the address below — we will remove your data from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Bookiest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated date or sending a notice to the email associated with your account. Continued use of Bookiest after changes means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bookiest operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
