Bookiest Affiliate Agreement
Version: 2026-11-draft1 · Date: November 3, 2026
By applying to the Bookiest affiliate program you accept this agreement. It is short on purpose.
1. Independent contractor
You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, partner or agent of Bookiest. You receive no salary or benefits, and you pay your own taxes.
2. No subordination
There are no schedules, minimum targets, exclusivity or supervision. You may promote other products, including competing ones.
3. No authority to bind Bookiest
You cannot sign, commit or speak on behalf of Bookiest, and you may not promise prices, features or results.
4. Disclosure
In every post or message where you use your link or code, you must say clearly and visibly that you earn a commission (for example "affiliate link" or "paid link").
5. Prohibited practices
Do not promise guaranteed income or results, use fake testimonials, send unsolicited bulk emails or messages, or share other people's personal data.
6. Brand use
You may use the Bookiest name, logo and brand kit only to promote Bookiest. Do not register domains, handles or accounts that imitate Bookiest.
7. Commission
You earn 25% of subscription payments actually collected from each business you refer, during the first 6 months of its subscription. For an annual plan, commission is 25% of 6/12 of the first annual payment collected, paid once. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted. On day 5 of each month we pay commissions that have cleared a 30-day waiting period, once your balance reaches $20 USD; smaller balances roll over. Payment method is agreed by email, preferably Wise.
8. Taxes
Before your first payout you must send a W-9 form (if you are in the United States) or a W-8BEN form (if you are outside the United States). Bookiest may withhold or report amounts when the law requires it.
9. Termination
Either party may end this agreement by email notice. Fraud, self-referral or breach of this agreement allows Bookiest to withhold commissions.
10. Changes
Bookiest may change the program with prior notice. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.
11. Governing law
[Pending legal review]
